Terms of service
Last updated 7 November 2026
These terms apply when you use Prisma, a service run by Spectras Enterprises Pty Ltd, of Melbourne, Australia (“we”). “You” means the business that holds the account. By creating an account, you agree to them on that business's behalf.
The service
Prisma puts questions to AI answer engines, records what comes back and reports how a brand appears. What each plan includes is listed on our home page.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so keep that mailbox secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your team members do.
Plans and payment
- Plans are charged monthly in advance, in Australian dollars, through Stripe. There is no free trial.
- Your plan renews each month until you cancel it.
- We aren't registered for GST, so our prices include none. If we register, we will tell you at least 30 days before GST is added.
- If a payment fails, we may limit your account to read-only until it is paid.
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change, so you can cancel first.
AI usage
Prisma runs on AI provider keys, and that usage isn't included in your plan. There are two ways to cover it:
- Your own keys. Your providers bill you directly, under their own terms, and you are responsible for those charges.
- Usage packs. A pack is 1,000 engine calls on Prisma's keys and chosen models for A$49. Packs are paid in advance, last while your account is open and aren't refundable, except where the law requires.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account. Your plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account becomes read-only. We don't refund part-periods, except where the law requires. To have your data deleted, see our privacy policy.
What you may do
You agree to:
- only submit websites for scanning that you own or are authorised to scan. Our scanner identifies itself as PrismaReadinessBot;
- follow the law and the terms of any AI provider you connect;
- not attack, overload or try to get around the limits or security of Prisma;
- not copy or resell Prisma itself without our written agreement. You may use your reports in your business.
What the results mean
Prisma reports what AI engines returned at the time of measuring. Those engines are run by third parties, and their answers change and can be wrong. We don't promise any particular visibility, ranking, traffic or revenue.
Recommendations, including any advice to remove or merge pages, are prompts for your own judgement. Review them before acting. They aren't legal, financial or regulatory advice.
Your data and our platform
You keep ownership of what you put into Prisma, and you let us use it to run the service for you. We keep ownership of Prisma itself. How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Prisma available, but it relies on third parties and we can't promise it will never be interrupted. AI providers retire models and change their services, so we may need to change which engines and models we measure. We will tell you about changes that significantly affect your plan.
Your rights under Australian law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't legally be excluded. Where the law lets us limit our liability for a breach of those rights, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of doing so.
Limit on liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit or lost opportunity.
Suspending or ending an account
We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, a serious breach of these terms or a security risk. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you time to fix the problem.
Changes to these terms
We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a significant change. If you don't accept it, you can cancel before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and its courts can hear any dispute.
